The Case

Ashley and Albert Debelbot met in the Army, got married and had their first child together, McKenzy, on May 29, 2008. Days later, Ashley noticed a bump on her newbornโ€™s forehead and rushed her to the emergency room. Tragically, McKenzy passed away within hours. Ashley and Albert were immediately under investigation, and the medical examiner determined that the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the babyโ€™s skull. Ashley and her husband both received life sentences. Maggie speaks to Ashley Jordan, Ashleyโ€™s mother, Brenda Jones, and Ashleyโ€™s attorney, Jimmonique Rodgers.
